Biography

Mariia Gatti (b. 1994, Crimea, Ukraine, née Vorobiova) is a painter based in Italy. With a background in engineering and design, she holds a Master’s in Computer Science and Information Technologies for Design from the National Aerospace University in Kharkiv. She began her career as an infographic designer and freelance illustrator before shifting her focus to painting. Her current work explores themes of resilience, memory, and human connection to nature, inspired by the Alpine landscapes surrounding her home in Italy.
